的正负极接反了时,正负极的耐压不同,从而导致过耐压的时候里面的温度急速上升,里面电解液气化,内部压力也急速上升,铝容器膨胀,而引起的漏电,发热,爆炸等问题。
电解电容
之所以容量很大,是因为它的介质是正极材料的-铝箔的氧化膜,既薄又与正极紧密接触。正极是铝箔,为扩大面积,铝箔内面腐蚀成高低不平,介质是绝缘物氧化铝,很薄,负极是电解质,右面是铝箔充当了负极引线。正确使用时,正极接高电位,负极接低电位,电解质在直流电的作用下,可以分解出氧原子,与正极铝箔生成氧化铝,维持绝缘。不正确使用时,正极接低电位,负极接高电位,电解质在直流电的作用下,会腐蚀氧化铝,破坏绝缘,轻者漏电,严重的发热,甚至爆裂。因此,使用一定要注意极性,长期不用要经常通电老化。
